He holds an PhD and a master’s degree in construction engineering from the University of Washington, he received his BS in Civil Engineering from St. Martin University in the United States of America.
He occupied numerous positions in the government until his retirement as a Colonel in the Ministry of Defense. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) and Charmin of the Board of Directors of Saudi Projacs. He is currently a partner in numerous construction-related companies and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Fuad Al Saleh & Partners and Fuad Al Saleh Construction Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in the United States of America.
He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Chemical Carriers Company and a member of the Board of Directors of the ” The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) and the Saudi Electrical Industries Company. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Rajhi Financial Company. a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Plastic Products Company Limited SABCO and is the Managing Director of the Arab Plastic Industry Company Limited APELCO.
